Shipping Policy

Standard Shipping

  • Free Shipping Australia-wide on all orders.

  • Delivery time is approximately 5–10 business days after dispatch.

  • Please allow an additional 1–3 business days for our warehouse to process and pack your order.

  • Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number so you can follow your parcel’s journey.

Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors outside our control such as courier delays, weather events, or peak holiday periods.


Delivery Restrictions

We want to make sure your order arrives without delays. Please note:

  • We are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes or parcel lockers when using certain couriers. If this applies to your order, our team will contact you to arrange an alternative address.

  • Please ensure your shipping address is correct before completing your order. After your order is shipped, we cannot change the address. Redirection isn’t guaranteed and may incur fees and delays.


Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your tracking details. You can also log in to your account at any time to check your order status.
