Return & Refund

1️⃣ Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return:

  • 30 days from the date you receive your order.

  • Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags attached.

  • For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on swimwear, underwear, or earrings, unless they are faulty.

  • Sale/clearance items are final sale unless faulty.


2️⃣ How to Return

  1. Contact Us – Email [your email here] with your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and your reason.

  2. Wait for Approval – We’ll confirm your return request and send the correct return address.

  3. Pack It Up – Use the original packaging where possible.

  4. Send It Back – Return shipping costs are your responsibility unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

  5. Keep Proof of Postage – Returned items remain your responsibility until we receive them. Please keep your tracking receipt in case it’s needed.


3️⃣ Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll email you with approval or rejection.

  • Approved refunds are processed within 3–5 business days after approval to your original payment method.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless we sent a faulty or incorrect item.


4️⃣ Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you’ve received a faulty or incorrect product:

  • Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • Include clear photos showing the issue.

  • We’ll cover the return postage and arrange a replacement or refund.


5️⃣ Order Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours if they haven’t shipped yet — you’ll receive a full refund.

  • Once an order has shipped, cancellation is not possible. You can return it after delivery following our return process.


6️⃣ Important Notes

  • Returned items must be approved before sending — do not return to the address on your parcel.

  • We do not accept packages returned using C.O.D. (Cash on Delivery) service.

  • Items returned to us by mistake can be sent back to you at your cost.

  • We are not able to refund any taxes or duties charged by customs.
